✉ To all of you who are currently waiting for your deployment/transfers.... YOU GOT THIS!!!

I know the wait is a burden and it is constantly on your mind. You open your emails daily to see if the wait is finally over but in dismay you find out that still you need to wait further. Do not get disheartened. It will happen! I have been up and down that road a couple of times before I settled in! Remember that where ever you will be, you would be LOVED by many especially your precious little ones. Do not stress about what may come and instead focus on the positive changes that might occur.

✉ To those of you who are still yearning to be given a class.... YOU GOT THIS!!!!

Sticking around or moving places may be tiring at the moment, however remember all the experiences you are learning from your surroundings. Your time will come and I know you will shine brightly. Until then continue to observe, network and get involved! Once you are blessed with your own space, your own class and your own team, you would be able to implement all your experience due to the skills you have gained as a reliever, a student or an assistant.

✉ To those of you who are still waiting eagerly for the job applications to reopen.... YOU GOT THIS!!!

Yes it has been long due but in the meantime remember you will get there! Your time waiting won't be wasted but instead it would be rewarding and a sense of fulfilment would bestow upon you. The wait is daunting, frustrating and discouraging BUT there would be time when you sit at the other end and look back how far you have come! In the meantime look around for things that will keep the fire in you lit and create your own innovative ideas on how to improve your situation positively.

✉ To those of you who are waiting to retire..... YOU GOT THIS!!! 💪

Thank you for your endless efforts, opportunities and for paving the way forward. Your contribution to society is very much appreciated and it would soon be time for you to consider a new hobby. Yes you will miss the hustle and bustle but until then, enjoy what is left of your days with the munchkins. Remember you can always stop by and say hello whenever feel lonely. Your presence will be missed but until then let's make the most of it together.

You are important! Taking time out away from work should not make you feel guilty. Instead we are proud of you for taking the courages step into taking care of yourself. Putting yourself first is harder when you are used to putting others needs before yours, so kudos for taking the necessary plunge. It would be worth it at the end and you will get back on your feet in no time. Your health is essential. You are worth your own time!
